We are seeking an experienced Bakers to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating a wide range of delicious baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts. You will oversee the entire baking process, from preparing the dough and filling to decorating and presenting the final product.

Responsibilities:

– Preparing ingredients and baking a variety of baked goods

– Decorating and presenting finished products

– Managing inventory of baking supplies and ingredients

– Developing new recipes and improving existing ones

– Maintaining a clean and organized work station

– Training and supervising junior staff members

Requirements:

– At least 2 years of experience as a Baker or similar role

– Excellent knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

– Strong attention to detail and creativity

– Good communication skills
