A Well Reputed Company Looking For Procurement Officer In Riyadh

A leading Abu Dhabi based company in the field of commercial kitchen equipment is looking for a Procurement Officer for our newly opened branch in Riyadh. We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized Procurement Officer to oversee purchases and develop new contracts. In this position, you will play a key role in procuring high quality and low cost supplies for our organization. You will follow purchasing procedures, maintain an up-to-date inventory of current and incoming inventory, and be responsible for approving purchases and purchasing and shipping procedures within the commercial kitchen equipment industry. Must have international experience in the same field

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PROCUREMENT OFFICER;

Estimates cost parameters and budgets for procurement and liaises directly with international suppliers.
Necessary documents should be provided for shipping. Build and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other critical data. Negotiate the best deal for contracts.
Ensure that products and materials are of high quality.
Maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future growth Work with team members and Procurement Manager to complete duties as required.
Direct?approach?with international suppliers.
Should be handing shipping required documents. Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers


Must have 3-5 Years experience in the same filed

Bachelor's degree in procurement and supply chain management
