Kindly Note :-


Its a Temporary contract for 4 to 6 months and can be extented to few more months as per the Site Requirement.

Salary will be 600 BD (p.m)

Visa will be provided and after the complition of Work, you can change the Visa to other company within one month period.

1) CAL Invoice processing and CALMS reconciliation
2) Austal / BASWARE IP Module
3) CAL Centralization and Regional CAL support
4) ACS Invoice reconciliation and payment processing
5) Crew - Travel, Hotel, Training and Assessments
6) Petty Cash claim verifications and replenishments.
7) Other local vendors including schools, hospitals, office and computer supplies etc.


• To manage good working relationship with operations teams, suppliers and E2E project teams. Ensure commitment and high level of services which required close cooperation with finance and ops team, share services and IC partners.
• The job holder has to ensure internal accounting control policies and procedures are strictly followed and in case of any weaknesses these are identified and reported to Finance Manager

• Tight deadlines and large values requiring accuracy and efficiency in invoice processing as per contractual agreements.
• Ensure CAL KPIs are met by supporting Aviation Finance Manager for follow ups and analysis.
• Flexible and adaptable with current changes in processes & policies.
• Ensure internal controls compliance as per CRISP / icon guidelines.
• Committed to meet tight deadlines during month end closing.
• Handle supplier’s pressure during payment cut off times and ensure proper follow up of variances internally with operations team and externally with suppliers.



• Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Accounting role, preferable MJD work experience with Express or Aviation.
• Ability to work well under time pressure due to reporting deadlines and month end closing periods.
• MJD Systems like Austal / Barware, SUN system, SAP, Air pass, and CALMS.
• Familiar with IATA systems such as ICH & CASS.
• Proficiency in software skills like Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Analysis skills, including the ability to form, analysis & interpret data.
• Strong communication skills.


• Supervisory roles in Aviation or Express Finance.
• Analyst roles in Aviation, Express or Shared Services Finance.
