- Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably working with citizens/GCC clients
- Holds a valid IATA or similar travel industry certification
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in using major travel booking systems and GDS platforms
- In-depth knowledge of travel regulations and visa requirements for Bahrain, India, and the broader GCC region
