This role demands a strong analytical ability to meticulously review accounts receivable data, identify root causes of claim denials and underpayments, and implement strategic solutions to optimize the revenue cycle.

What you will do:

Determine the reason behind refused or unpaid claims, prioritise and work on high-value accounts by analysing ageing records, and create and implement plans for resubmission and appeal to collect unpaid revenue.
