Precision welding is the process of applying ARC (SMAW) welding to a variety of materials, such as steel and other metals, in accordance with welding protocols and technical designs to produce robust, hygienic, and long-lasting joins.

Fabrication & Assembly: Accurately positioning, fitting, and welding components while maintaining alignment requires reading and comprehending technical drawings, blueprints, and weld symbols.

Quality and safety include visually inspecting welds to find and fix flaws, closely following all safety procedures, and always donning the proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Equipment Maintenance: To guarantee correct operation and a secure working environment, welding equipment, such as power sources, torches, and other tools, must be operated and maintained.

Material Preparation: To guarantee a solid and long-lasting bond, materials are prepared for welding by cutting, grinding, and cleaning surfaces.

Experience: 3 to 7 yrs

Salary: Based on Company Norms

Education: Any ITI Degree

Location: In And Around Chennai
