Job Description

Inspections and Audits: Arrange and take part in both internal and external inspections while compiling the required records and reports.

Analyze quality data to find patterns, underlying issues, and opportunities for development. Create management-facing reports

Develop and maintain quality assurance processes for the sales team.

Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Provide feedback and training to sales staff to enhance performance.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify areas for improvement.

Prepare and present reports on quality metrics to management.

Verify compliance and documentation.

Experience : 4-5 years hands on experience in handling admin activities and should have strong commanding power.
