Job Description:
• Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's electrical products, including their features, applications, and benefits.
• Inbound Sales: Handle inbound inquiries, emails, and calls from potential and existing customers, providing technical expertise and product recommendations
• Outbound sales: Proactively reach out to leads and potential clients to identify their electrical product needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Product Consultation: Offer technical consultation and support to customers
• Quoting: Prepare accurate and competitive price quotations for electrical products, considering customer requirements and market conditions with the support of costing engineering team.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations for clients.
• CRM Management: Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, customer interactions, and sales opportunities.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain sales records, generate sales reports, and provide regular updates to the sales management team.
• Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring a positive buying experience
Qualifications and skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical products and their applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
• Sales and negotiation skills to close deals and meet sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team.
• Problem-solving skills to address technical inquiries and challenges.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel) for data analysis.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in sales in electrical Products
Salary:
• 400 BHD Per Month
