Qualifications:
Proven experience in bakery management or a similar role.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and industry trends.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Salary Offered - BD 300 - 400.
