You will be in charge of managing your designated shift on a daily basis, which includes supervising production schedules, delegating duties, and keeping an eye on output. Success will mostly depend on your capacity to coach your staff, enforce safety procedures, and handle operational challenges. By evaluating performance data and putting solutions in place to increase quality and productivity, you will directly support our efforts for continuous improvement.
