*Position:* Birthday Party Host and Children's Activity Coordinator
*Shift:* Full-time (8 hours)

*Responsibilities:*
- Host and manage children's birthday parties, ensuring a fun and memorable experience for all attendees.
- Plan and execute engaging activities and games tailored to the age group of the children.
- Create a lively and entertaining atmosphere, keeping children engaged and happy throughout the event.
- Interact with children on a daily basis, playing games and participating in activities, especially in our Montessori-focused sand play area.
- Coordinate with parents to understand their expectations and preferences for the party.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children during the event and daily activities.

*Requirements:*
- Experience in hosting children's parties or similar events.
- Passion for working with children and creating joyful experiences.
- Creative and innovative in planning activities and games.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Montessori play principles is a plus.
- Friendly, energetic, and able to engage with children of all ages.
- Filipino nationality preferred.
