Responsibilities:

- Ensure efficient running of the business
- Conduct product studies to enhance offerings
- Create viral videos for marketing purposes
- Keep up with digital online media trends and incorporate them into marketing strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the retail industry
- Strong ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
