Job Title: EDM Operator

Location: Chennai

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1–2 Years

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical

Salary: 18,000 – 20,000 per month

Shift: Day & Night Shift

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor Wire Cut EDM machines (Elektronica).

• Perform job setting, clamping, and preventive maintenance.

• Read 2D drawings and inspect finished jobs for accuracy.

• Maintain machine performance, wire usage, and cutting speed.

• Apply machining knowledge, offsets, and basic programming.

• Ensure quality standards and surface finish requirements.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of EDM Wire Cut operations.

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

• Hands-on machine operation & problem-solving skills.

• AutoCAD knowledge (preferred).
