We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter (5–8 years) for a manufacturing industry in Chennai. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing candidates through portals, social media, and references, conducting screenings and interviews, handling bulk hiring for shop floor and technical roles, and maintaining recruitment MIS and reports. The HR Recruiter will collaborate with department heads to meet manpower requirements, ensure compliance with company policies, and build strong talent pipelines for future needs. Candidates must have an MBA (HR preferred), strong knowledge of recruitment processes, good understanding of manufacturing hiring, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and hands-on experience with job portals and ATS. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary (best in industry).
