About this Job:
The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving business growth by developing new clients and increasing sales. The role involves strategic planning, market research, client engagement, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, the ability to establish long-term client relationships, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Main Responsibilities
• Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
• Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
• Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
• Creating and preparing proposals and estimates for clients
• Meet and exceed annual sales targets
• Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole
• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
• Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
• Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities
• Responsible to create and maintain client activities in CRM
• Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client specific business needs
• Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up
• Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement growth strategies
• Developing rapport with key decision makers
• Translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts
• Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation
• Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings
• Prepare reports on account status and sales activities

• Experience in both the project management and sales side of running a business

• Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships with clients

• Fluent in English and number skills.
• Be able to keep information confidential.
• Organizes own workload with minimal supervision

• Be able to work quickly and accurately, often to deadlines and under pressure
Formal Education & Certification
• College diploma or university degree in the field of Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Information Systems, or relevant field
Knowledge & Experience
• 3-5 years Overall experience in Sales preferably in Technology Services Industry.
Work Conditions
• Stationed out of Manama Branch or any other Branch as it sees applicable
• On-call availability.
• Having a Driver Licenses & his own car (Car allowance will be provided)
