Duties & Responsibilities:
Overall Supervision: Oversee daily operations and ensure all activities run smoothly.
Inventory Control: Maintain records of inventory and ensure supplies like water, and other necessities are adequately stocked.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on camp activities, issues, and any incidents to HR Department.
Safety Protocols: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all employees.
Health Services: Coordinate with medical services to provide health check-ups and handle any medical emergencies.
Accommodation: Oversee the allocation of living quarters and ensure that accommodations are comfortable and meet the required standards.
Infrastructure Maintenance: Ensure that camp infrastructure, including buildings, plumbing, and electrical systems, are well-maintained and in good working order.
Facility Upkeep: Oversee the maintenance of common areas, such as the kitchen, rooms, and outdoor spaces.
Grievance Handling: Address and resolve any complaints or grievances raised by the camp residents.
Coordination with Management: Act as the liaison between camp residents and the HR Department, conveying concerns and suggestions.
PPE Issuance: Daily co-ordination with the QHSE Manager and issue PPEs to the employees as per the requirements.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the camp complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all activities, incidents, and inventories for auditing purposes.
Visitor Management: Handle the logistics of visitors to the camp.
