-Minimum 3-4 years of experience
-Should have experience in Shuttering
-Coordinate tasks and ensure adherence to safe work method statements and risk assessments
-Monitor and provide reports on works completed

-Interpret project plans and specifications
-Supervise works completed to ensure quality and productivity
-Be able to work independently and as a team
