• To ensure all Service Level Agreements are honored and if there is any failure be the first to inform the Site Manager
• To ensure the measurable quality control system is in place and is monitored on an agreed ongoing basis
• To ensure that staff are trained to a minimum level –BICS 10 skills within three months of appointment
• To ensure no client is lost or becomes dissatisfied due to unacceptable standards of dress or performance
• To be proactive in identifying and implementing added value opportunities, on an ongoing basis
• To clearly understand clients requirements and that the right employees are in the right place with the correct level of training at the right time
Qualifications
Education: Secondary/Higher/Vocational Diploma or equivalent
Experience is a must
