Job Description
Who You Are:
Setup of the Machine: You will carefully set up CNC, VMC, and turn mill machines, including loading programs, choosing and adjusting tools, and precisely positioning fixtures and workpieces.
Program & Offset Management: To maintain strict tolerances and guarantee that items are manufactured in accordance with designs, you will modify and fine-tune machine offsets and tool parameters.
Quality Control: Prior to production starting, you will conduct first-piece inspections using precision measuring tools (such as callipers and micrometres) to ensure that parts fulfil all quality requirements.
Troubleshooting: To ensure uninterrupted and effective operation, you'll promptly identify and fix any problems that crop up during setup or production run.
Tool Life Management: To extend tool life and preserve cutting performance, you will keep an eye on tool wear, swap out worn tools, and suggest modifications.
Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
