Scope of Works:
This notice is to construct support facilities for the Kuwait Air Force F-18 Super Hornet Program, Procurement E, at Al Jaber Air Base, Kuwait.
The work includes construction of a new Engine Shop, Airframes Shop, Squadron Operations Building, related site improvements, and incidental related work. The work is part of group of projects to support fielding of new F/A-18 Super Hornet aircraft.
The project will be constructed in accordance with current Kuwaiti and U.S. building codes, safety, and security standards.
The contractor shall provide all management, administration, quality control, labor, transportation, equipment, materials, vehicles, heavy equipment, supplies and other items as necessary to perform the services contained in the scope of work.
Interested firms should complete the Capabilities Statement and the Project Experience Sheet (s) included with this announcement. Provide your capabilities and experience with not more than five similar projects. The Capabilities Statement will not be used by the Government to either qualify or disqualify prospective contractors.
