- Deliver Odoo ERP training programs for Customers.
- Create and maintain training materials, including user manuals, and online content.
- Conduct individual and group training sessions, both in-person and online.
- Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and materials.
- Provide ongoing support to users to resolve ERP system issues.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to identify and address training needs.
- Stay updated with the latest ERP system updates and industry best practices.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
