Cost Estimation Engineer/Quantity Surveyor (Background Civil)

This is a full-time role for a Civil Quantity Surveyor / Cost Estimator at Construction Company located in Riyadh. As a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Estimator, you will be responsible for estimating costs for construction projects and providing accurate quantity surveying services. This role requires in Bidding Department presence in Riyadh.

Qualifications

• With 6 to 8 years experience in Q.S. with site exposure.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Cost Estimator/Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of civil construction systems, materials, and equipment
• Ability to accurately estimate costs and quantities for civil projects.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
