We are a well-established premium transportation service provider. We are looking for a dispatcher / front-line executive on our team.
A good portion of your daily activities revolves around customer service and ensuring that the drivers are doing their part, headed in the right direction, on time, and efficiently. Your main goal will be to master the tasks and keep moving the organisation forward taking reservation calls & emails from customers and responding to their queries.
Preferences for:
• Male Candidate.
• Bachelors / MBA Graduate.
• Minimum 2-3 Years of experience in the same field.
• Should have basic MS Office knowledge.
• Good communication/customer handling skills.
• Must be able to work as a team.
• Arabic knowledge is an added advantage.
• Those who can join Immediately.
