Job Description
Who You Are:
Team Leadership & Safety: To sustain a zero-incident culture, you will closely oversee, coach, and guide the E&I maintenance team while rigorously following all safety regulations, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) practices.
Technical Troubleshooting: You will offer expert-level assistance to promptly identify and fix complicated issues with motor controls, PLCs/DCS, high and low voltage electrical systems, and vital field instruments.
Managing the daily work schedule, setting priorities for work orders, liaising with operations to ensure equipment availability, and guaranteeing the effective completion of both routine preventive maintenance and emergency repairs are all part of maintenance planning.
Documentation & Improvement: To improve asset reliability, you will make sure that the CMMS has correct maintenance records and use downtime data to suggest capital or procedural adjustments.
Experience: 3+ yrs
