The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical control systems and components to required specifications, focusing on economy, safety, reliability, quality, and sustainability.
*Key Responsibilities:**

- **Design and Development:**

- Develop electrical systems and components to meet project requirements.

- Create technical specifications, schematics, and diagrams.

- Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations of systems and components.

- **Project Management:**

- Manage projects from conception through to completion.

- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical components.

- **Testing and Maintenance:**

- Develop and implement testing procedures to ensure system functionality.

- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and components.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

- **Continuous Improvement:**

- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and advancements.

- Identify areas for improvement in existing electrical systems and processes.

- Recommend and implement innovative solutions to enhance system performance.
*Qualifications:**

- **Education:** Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

- **Skills:**

- Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN).

- Strong understanding of electrical systems, control systems, and components.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Preferred Qualifications:**

- Master s degree in Electrical Engineering.

- Professional Engineer (PE) license.

- Experience with PLC programming and automation systems.
