Job Description

Job Title: Electrical Technician
Location: Chennai
Experience: 1 to 5 years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Days: 6 days/week
Shift: Rotational
Salary: 15,000 to 35,000 per month (based on experience)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and machinery

• Troubleshoot and fix electrical faults in industrial equipment or control panels

• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, circuit layouts, and technical drawings

• Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule

• Maintain and update maintenance logs and service records

• Ensure safety standards and electrical compliance are met

• Work closely with the maintenance or engineering team for operational support

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of electrical tools, wiring, and components

• Hands-on experience with motors, panels, lighting, and circuits

• Ability to read electrical schematics

• Basic understanding of safety procedures and lockout/tagout

• Good communication and teamwork skills
