Enablon ESG Functional Consultant (IT)

Job Location : Saudi Arabia

Roles and Responsibilities
• Responsible for Enablon Software system Solutions Implementation, Enhancements
and support in the relevant Functional Area of Environmental, Social and Governance
(ESG).
• Responsible for the activities in the entire project cycle which include Requirement
Gathering with Business, Documentation, Configuration, Fit Gap Analysis,
Configurations, Technical Development in co-ordination with Technical team,
Conducting User Acceptance Testing, Training the users, Cut Over Activities, GoLive and Support etc.
• Support consultant teams that develop solutions with drafting system design
documents, configuring technical specifications and components within the solution,
analyzing/migrating data, and developing automated custom reporting
Participate in system support and training documentation teams and prepare and
present training to internal consultants and client system users.
• Responsible to Troubleshoot and provide the possible best solution on time for the
system Support Tickets inline with SLA, Priority.
• Prepare required management reports, Presentations etc.
• Should work with System Implementor (SI), Other Internal IT Organizations for
Integrations, Coordination based on the needs during the Project and support.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or related
discipline, or equivalent work experience is required.
• Certification in Enablon Module(s) is advantage.
• Should have a sound cross modules Functional and technical knowledge and IT
experience.
• Availability during non-business hours to attend to production issues.
• Team player, proactive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to establish and
sustain effective relationships with customers, SI and IT organizations.
• Accomplished communication skills encompassing inter-personal communications.
• Good design and architectural skills in the technical area
• Good understanding of project management skills and thorough knowledge of the
project lifecycle
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks and deliver on commitments.
• Thoroughly proficient in both verbal and written English.
• Excellent communication skills a must.
• Proven record of high performance in problem solving, collaborating, planning/priority
setting, timely decision making, perseverance, and a drive for results.
• Strong Techno-Functional skill-set and deep understanding of the technical tool set
which delivers the required functionality.
• Strong analytical and de-bugging skills.
• Worked on implementation and support projects.
• Knowledge of "best practices" built into the Enablon software
