1. B.S degree in Engineering in a respective inspection discipline with at least four (4) years of experience in relevant inspection discipline. OR Two (2) years industrial/technical College Diploma plus a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant inspection experience.
2. Resume refelcted good working knowledge of quality system standards and methods
3. Resume reflected a working knowledge/experience of codes such as the Uniform Plumbing ore equivalent standards
4. Professionalism - General Appearance & Communication Etiquette
5. Outcome of the CV review and interview
