Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer support via emails, chat, or back-office operations

• Resolve customer queries related to accounts, orders, or services

• Maintain and update customer records and databases

• Achieve daily/weekly targets set by the team leader

• Escalate unresolved issues to higher authorities
