Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Non-Voice Process Executive to join our customer support or back-office operations team. The ideal candidate will handle online queries, process customer requests via email or chat, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via email, chat, or ticketing system

• Accurately update information in internal systems

• Ensure proper documentation and resolution of requests

• Follow internal processes and escalation protocols

• Work with multiple teams for issue resolution

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism

• Meet or exceed daily productivity and quality targets

Skills Required:

• Excellent written communication skills in English

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, web tools)

• Attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset

Qualifications

• Minimum: Any Graduate (Any Stream)

• Preferred: B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BA, BCA, or equivalent
  

Salary Structure:

For Freshers: 12,000 – 18,000 per month (based on company & shift)
For Experienced: 18,000 – 30,000+ per month (depending on experience and skillset)
Shift Allowances & Performance Bonuses may apply

Working Hours & Shift Details:

• Rotational Shifts / Night Shifts (for international process)

• Day Shift (for domestic or selected roles)

• 5 days working
