About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR professional to join our organization. The HR Executive/Recruiter will play a key role in building the workforce by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. Apart from recruitment, the role also involves employee engagement, onboarding, payroll support, and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.

• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through job portals, referrals, and networking.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and close positions within timelines.

• Manage employee onboarding process, documentation, and induction programs.

• Maintain HR records such as employee personal files, attendance, and leave management.

• Support payroll process by coordinating with finance and ensuring accurate data entry.

• Assist in drafting HR policies, employee engagement programs, and compliance requirements.

• Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports for management review.

Skills Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees and candidates effectively.

• Good knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and HR practices.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Office tools and HR management systems.
