Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Mixologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of mixology, a flair for creating innovative cocktails, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Mixologist, you will play a key role in enhancing our patrons' experience by crafting memorable drinks and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to our unique recipes and guest preferences.
- Develop new cocktail recipes and seasonal drink menus that align with our brand.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked bar, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests and engage them in the cocktail-making process.
- Manage bar inventory, including ordering supplies and conducting regular stock checks.
- Train and mentor junior bar staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues in a professional manner.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-end bar, lounge, or restaurant.
- In-depth knowledge of different spirits, liqueurs, wines, and craft beers.
- Strong creativity and ability to craft unique and appealing cocktails.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
