Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Finance/Administrative Assistant cum Executive Secretary. This role will involve providing comprehensive administrative support to senior management while assisting with financial tasks.
Responsibilities:
-Manage executives' calendars and arrange appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
-Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms.
-Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets.
-Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
-Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
-Handle HR related tasks
-Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable and receivable.
-Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements, including monthly and annual accounts.
-Assist with budget preparation and monitoring.
-Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
-Prepare and submit tax returns, VAT returns, and other statutory filings.
-Assist in internal and external audits.
-Provide financial analysis and support to management as needed.
-Develop and implement accounting procedures to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
-Proficiency in MS Office (Tally, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
-Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or relevant field preferred.
