Expat with 35yrs experience including Gulf experience Conduct shop audits in retail outlets / and physical stock count in stores or warehouse which include physical count of raw materials , consumables, finished goods.
A report will be submitted in detail about physical stock taking , sales staff , basic visual merchandising & health and safety aspects in the premises.
I assure this is an independent verification similar to external audit and provide true and fair picture.
Optional - If client require I do cash audit of the outlet.
If it is small shop with less items & less variety I will do physical count alone, If it is large and complicated inventory I need the assistance of the staff present to complete physical stock taking task.
