Grill Cook

A Grill Cook is responsible for preparing food items, such as burgers, steaks, and other grilled items, in a commercial kitchen. They must ensure that all food items are cooked properly and to the customer's desired temperature, as well as ensuring that the kitchen and equipment are kept clean and sanitary.

Grill Cook Duties:
1- Preparing and cooking food to order using grills, ovens and deep-fryers
2- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
3- Adhering to health and safety regulations
4- Ensuring food is cooked to the required standard

Grill Cook Requirements:
1- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
2- Ability to follow recipes and cooking techniques
3- Ability to use a wide range of grilling equipment
4- Ability to take direction from head chef
