Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance evaluations.

• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

• Oversee daily office operations including vendor coordination, procurement, and facilities.

• Handle payroll processing, attendance, and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, TDS).

• Develop, implement, and monitor HR & operational policies.

• Act as a bridge between departments and management for smooth communication.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage HR, admin, and compliance functions independently.

• Good knowledge of payroll, statutory filings, and labor law compliance.

• Experience in handling both HR and Operations responsibilities.
