We are on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Gym Personal Trainer
Requirements:
Recognized personal training qualification
Experience in Bootcamp, HIIT workouts, Circuit, Core
Duties and responsibilities::
Conducting fitness assessments to establish client fitness and skill level
Hold 1-1 or group sessions with clients
Identifies goals and creates tailored exercise plans
Providing advice to clients on health, nutrition and lifestyle changes
Assists members on the gym floor as well as demonstrate and monitor the correct way to use exercise equipment effectively
Conduct scheduled group classes
Assists with membership retention strategies for existing clients
Assists with reaching team monthly targets
