Be the Expert: It will be your duty to provide precise and appropriate HCC coding by adhering to established coding standards and rules.
Uphold Standards: You will examine medical records and do quality audits to make sure all diagnoses and chronic illnesses are accurately recorded and coded.
To ensure that all coding is supported by the medical record, you will collaborate closely with the clinical and quality assurance teams to clarify documentation.
Drive Efficiency: You will work to fulfil daily goals for quality and productivity in order to give our clients a seamless and quick revenue cycle.
