Position Overview:
? Role: Head Foreman (NATM) – EXPATRIATE ONLY
? Education: Diploma in Civil/Mining Engineering/Engineering Geology
? Experience: Minimum 10 years in on-site NATM Tunnel Construction
? Location: Rishikesh – Karnaprayag Tunnel (RVNL Project), Uttarakhand, INDIA
? Remuneration- USD 4500 to USD 7000 per month + Perks & benefits
Key Responsibilities:
? Oversee on-site construction and supervision of NATM Tunnel Construction.
? Supervise and guide National Head Foraman.
? Execute various roles such as nozzleman, pit boss, machine operator, etc.
? Plan and allocate resources for optimal project execution.
? Monitor work progress for timely completion and quality maintenance.
Required Skills/Abilities:
? Technical proficiency in NATM Tunnel Construction.
? Strong verbal and written communication skills.
? Exceptional interpersonal and leadership abilities.
? Maintain confidentiality in construction methods/technologies.
