Job Description: Head – QMS (Quality Management System)

We are hiring a QMS Head to take full ownership of the Quality Management System within our organization. This role involves setting up, monitoring, and improving quality processes across departments and leading a team toward quality excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the QMS team and manage end-to-end quality operations

• Set quality standards and ensure adherence across departments

• Conduct internal audits, process checks, and team reviews

• Handle non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions

• Maintain and improve documentation for all quality procedures

• Guide production, stores, and dispatch teams in quality practices

• Train employees on quality awareness and process discipline

• Monitor KPIs and report to top management

Eligibility / Requirements:

• Qualification: Diploma / Degree (Any Engineering or Technical stream)

• Experience: Minimum 10+ years in Quality field, with team handling experience

• Strong knowledge in QMS process, internal audits, and documentation

• Good communication and leadership skills

• Exposure to manufacturing / fabrication / engineering industries preferred
