Responsibilities:

• Call US insurance companies to follow up on pending/denied claims.

• Resolve billing issues & update claim status.

• Ensure timely collections & meet targets.

Skills:

• Good English communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of US healthcare preferred.

• Willingness to work in night shifts.
