Job Role:

We are looking for an experienced Production Engineer to manage and improve our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth production operations, quality control, and team coordination on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities

• Ensure timely delivery and production targets

• Monitor quality and reduce waste

• Maintain safety standards

• Coordinate with other departments (QA, Maintenance, Stores)

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes

• Problem-solving and decision-making ability

• Good communication and team handling skills

• Familiar with production planning tools and MS Office

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing (added advantage)

Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or related field

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
