Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in operating CNC Lathe or VMC machines, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring precision manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC turning or milling machines with precision.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.

• Perform machine setup, tool changes, and quality checks.

• Monitor machining processes and troubleshoot any issues.

• Maintain equipment in good condition and ensure safety protocols.

• Collaborate with supervisors and quality teams to meet production targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical field.

• 3–5 years of experience operating CNC machines.

• Familiar with Fanuc, Siemens, or similar CNC controllers.

• Ability to measure components using micrometers, vernier calipers, etc.

• Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
