Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Ensure minimal downtime of machines, equipment, and utilities.
Diagnose technical issues and oversee timely repairs or replacements.
Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement when necessary.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
Plan and manage budgets for maintenance operations.
Provide technical guidance, training, and performance reviews for the maintenance team.
Collaborate with production and quality departments to ensure smooth operations.
Drive cost reduction initiatives and energy efficiency improvements.
