What You’ll Do:

• Answer customer queries over phone in Telugu

• Provide solutions in a polite and clear manner

• Record and update customer details in the system

• Follow up on unresolved queries

• Meet quality and performance targets

You’re a Fit If You Have:

• Good speaking skills in Telugu

• Basic communication in English or Hindi

• A customer-first attitude and willingness to learn

• Willingness to work in rotational/day shifts
