Shift: Day Shift / Rotational Shift
Salary: 13,000 to 20,000 per month based on experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through voice and non-voice channels (calls, emails, chat)

• Update and maintain customer records accurately

• Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions

• Follow communication scripts and workflow guidelines

• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

Required Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication in English

• Typing speed of 40 -45 WPM

• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office

• Problem-solving attitude

• Willingness to work in shifts
