Job Title: VMC Operator

Location: Chennai

Qualification: 10th / 12th / Diploma

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Salary: 25k to 30k based on Experience (Free Food & Accommodation)

Job Type: Full-Time, Shift Basis

Roles & Responsibilities:

Operate and set up VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines as per production requirements.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders.

Perform tool setting, offset correction, and inspection of components.

Ensure parts meet quality standards and tolerances.

Maintain machines by performing regular checks and basic troubleshooting.

Follow safety rules and company policies during operations.

Work with the production team to meet daily and monthly targets.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of CNC / VMC operations.

Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

Hands-on experience with measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.).

Good problem-solving and machine maintenance skills.

Willingness to work in shift timings.
