We are hiring an HR Recruiter for a leading company in Chennai with 3 to 6 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Candidates should be graduates or postgraduates in HR or related field. The role involves sourcing candidates through job portals, social media and references, conducting telephonic screening and scheduling interviews. Recruiter will handle end-to-end recruitment, including understanding job requirements, shortlisting resumes and coordinating with hiring managers. Strong communication skills and ability to close positions within deadlines are required. Experience in handling bulk hiring, IT or non-IT recruitment will be an added advantage. Candidate should be proactive, target-oriented and skilled in using MS Office tools. This is a full-time role with attractive salary based on experience and performance.
