HR- Trainer - Leading Fast Food Restaurant

About Us:

Mama Joz Pizza is a beloved pizzeria in Bahrain, known for our delicious, handcrafted pizzas and exceptional customer service. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated HR Manager to join our team and help us maintain our high standards by managing all aspects of our staff-related matters.

Position: HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead the hiring process, from posting job ads to conducting interviews and onboarding new staff members.
2. Training & Development: Develop and implement training programs to ensure all employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
3. Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching to support their growth and development.
4. Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
5. Administrative Duties: Oversee staff records, payroll, and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
6. Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the fast food or hospitality industry.
2. Strong understanding of HR principles, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
6. Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
