HVAC Techician

We're seeking an experienced HVAC technician for one of our hotels located in the Self Area. Our HVAC setup boasts three McQuay 256 TR air-cooled chillers alongside several smaller traditional split systems. Each apartment features individual FCUs with localized system control.

Key system details:
- Pumps: Four secondary chilled water pumps (two standby).
- AHUs: Two units with an average motor rating of 15 KW each.
- FCUs: A total of 314 units with an average motor rating of 455 KW.
